2. Event Registration & Payments
2.1. Ticket Purchases: By purchasing a ticket to a Joinr event, you agree to pay the specified price. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
2.2. No-Show Policy: Due to our commitment to creating intimate, curated experiences, we have a strict no-show policy. To reduce barriers to participation and encourage attendance, a nominal fee is charged for some events. This fee is non-refundable.
2.3. Changes & Cancellations: Joinr reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide a full refund of your ticket price.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Website Content: All content on the Joinr website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the intellectual property of Joinr or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
3.2. User-Generated Content: By posting or submitting any content to our website or social media channels (e.g., photos from an event), you grant Joinr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content for marketing and promotional purposes.

4.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: All Joinr events and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of our events.
4.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joinr and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or participation in our events.
